Built on Science. Driven by Purpose.
DeepLayer was founded on a single conviction: that the gap between surface topicals and invasive injectables could be closed — not with a needle, but with chemistry.

Mission
Closing the Gap Between Surface and Depth
The human skin is one of biology's most elegant engineering achievements. It is also one of the most frustrating barriers in modern formulation science. For decades, the industry has accepted a false binary: stay on the surface, or go invasive.
DeepLayer was built to reject that binary. Our mission is to develop and license a platform technology that enables meaningful transdermal delivery of bioactive small molecules — non-invasively, topically, and at scale.
We exist to give manufacturers, formulation developers, and wellness brands a scientifically credible, IP-protected delivery platform that changes what a topical product can claim to do — and actually do.
Mission Statement
"To make the skin a viable, non-invasive gateway for bioactive delivery — and to put that capability in the hands of the people building the next generation of health and wellness products."

Origin
How DeepLayer Came to Be
The Problem Identified
Observing the limitations of topical delivery in sports recovery and wellness contexts — molecules that should work, applied correctly, but failing to reach the tissue depth where they could have meaningful effect.
Research Phase Begins
Deep dive into transdermal pharmacology, penetration enhancement science, and the existing literature on barrier modulation. The multi-phase architecture concept emerges from the intersection of lipid chemistry and hydration dynamics research.
DeepLayer Founded
The company is formally established with a mandate to develop a licensable, patent-protected transdermal delivery platform — not a single product, but a platform technology applicable across multiple verticals.
Platform Architecture Finalized
The four-phase DeepLayer system — Barrier Modulation, Lipid Navigation, Hydration Dynamics, and Dermal Deposition — is formalized and validated through iterative formulation testing.
Patent Application Filed
Patent-pending status secured covering the multi-phase formulation system, delivery mechanism, and application methodology. IP protection established across key markets.
Open for Partnership
DeepLayer is actively seeking licensing, co-development, and white-label partners across the recovery, wellness, cosmetic, and biotech verticals.
Founding Principles
Platform Over Product
Build a licensable technology, not a single SKU. The value is in the platform architecture, not any one formulation.
IP First
Protect the science before commercializing it. Patent-pending status is a prerequisite for meaningful partnership conversations.
Science-Led Claims
Every efficacy claim must be grounded in mechanism. No marketing language that outpaces the science.
Non-Invasive by Design
The entire platform is built around topical application. Invasive delivery is never the answer we are looking for.
What We Stand For
Our Values
Scientific Integrity
We do not make claims that outpace our science. Every mechanism we describe is grounded in peer-reviewed dermal pharmacology and validated formulation data.
IP Discipline
We protect our innovations before we commercialize them. Patent-pending status is not a marketing badge — it is a commitment to defensible science.
Partner-First
Our business model is built on partnership success. We win when our licensees build better products. Every partnership structure reflects that alignment.
Regulatory Respect
We operate within applicable regulatory frameworks and guide our partners to do the same. Compliance is not a constraint — it is a competitive advantage.
