Initial Review & NDA
Our team reviews your inquiry within 1–2 weeks. If there's a fit, we'll schedule an introductory call and execute a mutual NDA prior to any proprietary disclosure.
Technical Alignment
We assess your molecule, target application, and formulation requirements against the DeepLayer platform capabilities. Technical review takes 4–6 weeks to confirm fit.
Agreement & Onboarding
We finalize the partnership structure and execute the licensing or co-development agreement. Agreement timeline is TBD based on partnership model and scope.
What to Expect
All partnership discussions are conducted under mutual NDA. DeepLayer does not share partner information with third parties. Exclusivity arrangements are available by vertical and geography.
